GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
- Special attention is given to ensure a high standard of moral values and discipline in the institute. Parents and guardians are requested to collaborate with the Institute by insisting upon regular attendance and punctually from their wards, as well as diligence in their works.
- Admission of the students to the institute implies compliance with each regulation, as may be made from time to time by the authorities, for the proper maintenance of order and discipline.
- Indiscipline, misconduct or irregularity will render a student liable to fine, suspension or dismissal as the case may be
- Regularity, courtesy in speech and conduct and cleanliness of dress are expected of all students.
- Use of tobacco products or any intoxicant in the premises of the institute is strictly prohibited.
- Ragging is strictly forbidden.
- Irregular attendance, idleness, disobedience objectionable behaviour, unsatisfactory conduct in or out of the institute justifies dismal of a student.
- Each one is responsible for the tools and instruments issued to him/her, any loss damage to tools or machines or property must be made good by the one concerned.
- Students are expected to keep the classroom/workshop neat and clean.
- No Student is allowed to enter any room or workshop other than assigned to him/her for the purpose of training work or class.

In case of sickness the student on returning to the institute must bring a leave letter from his parent or guardian certifying to the fact. If the sickness lasts for more than two days the Principal/Manager should be informed immediately. If the student is absent for 10 consecutive days without leave, his/her name will be
struck off from the rolls. 12. Carrying of mobile phone, camera, radio etc. is strictly
prohibited in the Classrooms, Labs, Workshop. Students found guilty of carrying them will be penalized and fined Rs. 500. - Students may not collect any money as contribution for picnic, treat or educational visit to some place, get-together, or notes. Charity or any other activity without the sanction of the Principal/Manager.
- Students are forbidden from organizing a meeting or inviting any outsider without the permission of the Principal/Manager.

Students are expected to take maximum care to avoid accidents. Institute will have no responsibility for any kind of accidents and if hospitalization is needed, it may be done but the expenses are to be borne by the
Student himself/herself. 16. Students are expected to take part in all the activities
of the institute. 17. Every Student should have student identity card. - No absentee should enter the class/workshop without the permission of the principal/Manager.
- Late comer is not allowed to attend the class/workshop without the permission of Principal/Manager.
- No recommendation or conduct Certificate can be issued to the Student, who leaves the Institute before the completion of the course.
- During the working hours of the institute no Student is allowed to go out without explicit permission of Principal/Manager.
- No Certificate will be issued until all dues to the Institute have been paid.
- In case of doubt with regard to the explanation of any of the rules, decision of the head of the institute shall be final. He reserves to himself the right to give authentic explanation to the given rules. The signing on the Application Form will constitute an AGREEMENT on the part of parent/guardian and candidates to the above conditions.
सामान्य नियमावली
- उच्च नैतिक मूल्य एवं अनुशासन पर संस्था में विशेष ध्यान दिया जाता है। पिता एवं अभिभावकों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे अपने पात्यो को नियमित उपस्थिति एवं समयबद्वता के साथ अध्ययन करने के लिए निरन्तर प्रयास करें। अनुशासन एवं व्यवस्था के लिए समय समय पर संस्था के अधिकारियों द्वारा आदेशों का पालन छात्र के संस्था के प्रवेश में ही अंतरनिहित है।
- अनुशासनहीनता, दुर्व्यवहार अथवा अनियमित उपस्थिति के दशा में छात्र अर्थदण्ड, निलम्बन, अथवा निष्कासन का पात्र होगा।
- सभी छात्रों से नियमित उपस्थिति बातचीत में सप्य व्यवहार एवं पोषाक की साफ सफाई की अपेक्षा की जाती है। तम्बाकू के पदार्थ एवं अन्य मद संस्था में प्रतिबंधित है।
- रैगिग" संस्था में पूर्णतया प्रतिबंधित है।
- अनियमित उपस्थिति, आलस्य, आज्ञाकारिता का अभाव,
- आपत्तिजनक व्यवहार, संस्था से निष्कासन का आधार है। प्रत्येक छात्र जो औजार, यंत्र कार्य करने के लिए प्राप्त करेगा, गायब होने या टूट जाने पर छात्र उत्तरदायी होगा।
- कोई भी छात्र उस प्रयोगशाला या वर्कशाप में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा जिसके लिए वह पात्र नही है। केवल निर्धारित समय पर निर्धारित प्रयोगशाला, वर्कशाप में प्रवेश कर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करेगा।
- सभी छात्रों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि अध्ययन कक्ष, प्रयोगशाला, वर्कशाप को गंदा नहीं करेगें।
- बीमारी की अवस्था में छात्र जब संस्था में वापस होगा तो अपने पिता अभिभावक से छूटटी का प्रार्थनापत्र लेकर उपस्थिति होगा। यदि बीमारी दो दिन से अधिक हो तो प्रधानाचार्य को तुरन्त सूचित करना आवश्यक है। यदि छात्र बिना किसी सूचिना के 10 दिन तक अनुपस्थित रहता है तो उसका नाम संस्था अभिलेखो से विलुप्त कर दिया जायेगा।
- मोबाइल फोन, कैमरा या रेडियों लेकर आना संस्था में पुर्वतया बर्जित है। जो छात्र इनके साथ पाया जायेगा उससे 500/60 दण्ड बसूला जायेगा।
- प्रधानाचार्य के अनुमति के बिना छात्र किसी प्रकार से किसी भी कार्य के लिए धन एकत्र नहीं करेगें।
- छात्र किसी भी बाहरी व्यक्ति को सभा सा अन्य कार्य हेतु प्रधानाचार्य की अनुमति बिना नही बुलायेगें ।
- छात्रों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि दुर्घटना से बचने के लिए अधिकतम सतर्कता बरतें। यदि किसी प्रकार दुर्घटना होती है तो छात्र को अस्पताल संस्था पहुंचा देगी किन्तु व्यय छात्र को बहन करना होगा।
- छात्रो से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि छात्र संस्था की सभा गतिविधियों में भाग लेगें।
- प्रत्येक छात्र अपना पहचान पत्र सदा अपने पास रखेगा।
- अनुपस्थिति के बाद कोई भी छात्र प्रधानाचार्य के अनुमति के बिना अभ्यनकक्ष, वर्कशाप, प्रयोगशाला में प्रवेश नही करेगा।
- देर से आने बाले छात्र प्रधानाचार्य की अनुमति के साथ ही कक्षा में प्रवेश करेगें।
- अध्ययन अवधि में कोई भी छात्र संस्था के बाहर नहीं जायेगा। विशेष परिस्थिति में प्रधानाचार्य के अनुमति के साथ ही बाहर जायेगा।
- कोई भी प्रमाणपत्र संस्था से निर्गत किया जायेगा जब तक छात्र पर कोई धनराशि अवशेष हो ।
- नियमों में संशय की दशा में प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा दिया गया स्पष्टीकरण अतिंम होगा। घोषणा पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर छात्र एवं अभिभावक के साथ संस्था का अनुबन्ध होगा।
